About
I got into science and computers early, and ahead of schedule: I started a diploma at 14 and had finished it by 16. From there I went on to study computer science at VIIT Pune (2018–2022), where I helped run the Cisco Networking Academy chapter, spent about two years on academic research into GPU/CUDA optimisation, and published a small IoT paper on social-distancing monitoring during the pandemic.
After a research internship at Photon Legal (NLP for patents), I spent three years at LTIMindtree, first building data-migration tooling and then enterprise GenAI systems: multi-agent RAG, an LLM platform serving 20M+ tokens a day, and fine-tuning pipelines. Along the way, a RAG agent I built with my team for root-cause analysis over machine logs won ₹75,000 at an IBM hackathon at LTIMindtree (Hack The Future 2.0), which became the log-analysis system on my research page. Most recently (Nov 2025 – Nov 2026) I was on the innovation team at STAND 8, where I led PRISM, an AI recruiting platform we took from prototype to production in six months. Alongside all of that I'm building Tachyon, a small studio for AI products.
I'm not a lab researcher by training. My research is the kind you do when a system is live and you have to know, not guess, whether it got better. That has made me slightly obsessive about evaluation: the most useful result I've had recently was discovering that some of our own ground-truth labels were wrong. Next, I'd like to do this kind of work in a more research-focused setting, and I'm always happy to talk to people working on retrieval, evals or agent reliability.
Away from the keyboard
I go looking for hard mountains. I've walked the frozen Zanskar river on the Chadar trek at −30°C, sleeping in caves and crossing ice that refreezes differently every night, and I've done AMK (Alang, Madan, Kulang), the toughest line in the Sahyadris.*No phone signal at −30°C turns out to be excellent for thinking about eval design. When I need a reset, it's the Konkan coast and its old sea forts.
